How to apply a broadband?

Hello,

My new home received a leaflet of VM broadband.

I texted BOLT, and received an SMS reply. Then I waited a week, no call back......

Then I tried the website, entered my postcode, but returned error message. Guess it is a new place with new postcode. But Royal mail postcode has already updated for a week.

Any telephone number I can call?
