Just got set up and have Netflix included but it’s asking me to set up. How do I do it so it’s not separately charged to me?

Can you confirm if you've received an activation email? (Check your spam inbox too)
If not, if you sign into your My Virgin Media account do you have a subscribe Netflix tile?
