Over recent months, Virgin have been running cables into my estate. A couple of weeks back, it seemed that they were approaching the final set up stage as a considerable number of Virgin branded vans appeared to work on the lines.
A few days later, we received a flier stating that there was a new broadband on the block and that Virgin had moved in.
I checked the availability for my area and it is still show as unavailable. I called Virgin and they told me the same. However, as my new BT contract is due to start in a few days time, I would really like to know when Virgin will be available to me.
Does anyone know how I can check the availability dates now? I am registered for a notification when it is up and running, but I really do need to know now so I can decide on what to do about the new BT contract.

I did phone the support team, but they were only able to tell me that it was currently unavailable and registered me for an update.
It would be useful if I knew the schedule for the rollout. As I said, I have (as have other neighbours) received a leaflet telling us that it is currently available which is confusing. But I do need to know if it is worth withdrawing from my new BT contract BEFORE it starts.
