How long does it take for service to start after receiving Quick Setup Kit

Hi All,

I received my quick setup kit today early in the morning, and the services are still not up. The hub has a solid red light on. I have restarted thr hub multiple times through out the day. Any one knows how long do we have to wait for the service to start or should I contact the customer care?

I did, and I was told it would start working in an hour but it is till not up after couple of hours.

I have taken a look on our side and it looks as though you have been able to speak with the team again since.
