How do you report a non working wifi pod so you can get a replacement?

I have two wifi pods and one simply will no longer connect to the hub despite numerous reboots and resets so presume it is faulty. Is there a way to order a replacement online or do I need to call customer services to solve this problem?

Bumping this thread as I have the same issue.
Mine used to work fine; then it mysteriously went ‘offline’ and no amount of resetting/restarting has brought it back to life.

Hey Hanniballecky, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear about the pod not working.

Is there any lights on it all, if there is what colour are they?

Please can you try this step for me please;

Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on. Wait at least 2 minutes for your Pods' LEDs to stop blinking. Cheers

Hi, The 2nd wifi pod has connected again following a re-boot so currently all running as they should. Thank you for your help.
