How do I request to set up my own hub?

I cannot wait 21 days for an engineer, how do I request to set-up my own hub?

I assume you have ordered for an installation, but wish to change to self install. 

Is this correct?

Hi Christy, yes thst is correct. I cannot see an option to do this on my account.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

If you weren't given the option of a self-install, then this wouldn't be possible I'm afraid. A check on the system confirms for me this is indeed the case.  

This could be due to the cabling needing doing for example which needs an engineer visit to install. 

Please do let us know how the engineer visit goes.
