How do I get an engineer?!

Hello

I went through the long and arduous process of confirming I could set up myself.

Anyway it turns out that isn't the case and I don't have a wall socket thing.

How on earth do I get an engineer to come? Nobody answers the phone and nobody responds on live chat.

Re: How do I get an engineer?!

They wouldn’t have sent a self install kit if the house didn’t have a Virgin wall box

of course they would - self install works purely on the fact VM has been installed sometime in the past - they have no idea what has happened from the cabinet to the outlet - it could all be missing - until the hub is connected it cannot be tested

Re: How do I get an engineer?!

Hi danhudson123,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

I can see from checking our back office system you have a technician visit arranged.

Please let us know how the visit goes or if you need further assistance.

Kind regards,
