Hi all, already spoke to someone at virgin and they said an engineer was due to visit after I submitted a request 2 months ago, but didn’t hear back. Virgin fibre is available at all the other addresses at my postcode except 6 houses in a row. If I put my postcode and select other addresses they all either have it or can order it, however I’m extremely frustrated the 6 in a row where I live can’t get it (newly moved in). Best I can get is guarantee of 3mb. Yes you read that right 3mb, in Croydon in London in 2022. I’ve been reliable told fibre is installed at the train station right outside my door (Reedham train station) so what exactly is stopping broadband coming to these houses? Does anyone have any idea how to get this resolved? I cannot get by with this speed. Currently trying a 4g hub with awful results and will refund it within 30 day moneyback guarantee. How do I get a Virgin engineer to come visit and talk to me? Thanks for any tips!
