My internet cut off last night and after many reboots, my router, which is in router mode, now says access denied. How do I fix this as I suspect community support has very limited access for this?

Try a 60 second press of the RESET button & then once the factory reset has completed attempt to connect to the menu at http://192.168.0.1 with the original HUB password

Thanks for your post, I appreciate it - I don't see what a hard reset would actually achieve as it's an access denied problem at the source and it's something that Virgin themselves need to have actual support for
I tweeted them and, mysteriously, it resolved in about 10 minutes, despite being off all last night. Go fig...
