What hub is it? IP address is 192.168.0.1 in router mode and 192.168.100.1 in modem mode.

Re: How do I find the download speed at the router

When I use virgin connect and interrogate the router it shows the ip as 192.168.0.10.

Is that not correct?

No that isn’t right, the IP address of the hub in normal router mode, always ends in .1

Re: How do I find the download speed at the router

The connect app is probably as bug ridden as other VM software. I have never used it as I run in modem mode and it only works with the hub3. As it does not work with the Hub4 or Hub5 I do not expect it’s being developed any further, just left to die.
