How do I book an engineer?

I recently joined Virgin after buying my first house but really struggling to set everything up - even after using the self-help guides! 
the existing virgin box that was in the house doesn’t seem to connect to the cables I have been given. 
How do I book an engineer to come out and help me connect everything up?
