How can I arrange an engineers visit (Virgin’s web, apps & phone line are s^*t)
Can anyone tell me how you can navigate Virgin Media’s useless web site, app and phone calls. All I need to do is the simple task of getting an engineer to call to re-route the fibre cable outside my house.
So far I have spent the last 3 days, 6th to 8th December doing nothing other than waiting for a connection to a human being. I opened a chat today with a chat bot and then finally got a connection to a tech guy, after giving my account number and password details that I was asked for and was then returned to the chat bot that asked what can we do for you today. I was finally put into a queue for an engineer an 6hrs later still no response.
Virgin may have the fastest broadband but they must have the worst service of any company in the world.
