We received our quick start package today. The internet is not working. The line at the bottom of the WiFi box is flashing green and has been for hours but will occasionally go white but this only lasts for a matter of seconds before flashing green again. We have rebooted and restarted several times. It’s saying to check the connections and something about the coaxial cable but we have done this and it’s secure.
We have also tried the box at another hub in our house (the old owners had 3 connection points) and it’s still doing the same thing.
We have tried to call but no answer and got cut off.
can anyone help???? We are trying to work from home so really need internet!
