House move

I didn't know if this was the right board and this is my third attempt to post a message so long story, short.

I have a transfer of services date set for the 17th April, and I need to change it to a week later. I cannot get hold of anyone on the phone and the online chat thingy does not reply after I have chosen option 3 for a new install.

This is not for a new customer, it is simply a like for like transfer to a new property, and I need to know whether I can change the date and whether a technician will be able to complete the work.

Any help would be much appreciated.
