House move Activation issues

Hello there,

I moved house last week. ( fun time to do it I know) I updated virgin regarding the house move and services were disconnected at my old home yesterday and due to be activated today.

I received my updated quick start bundle followed the instructions and am unable to get online after reconnecting the hub this morning.  

I have tried to phone the support lines but it appears that everything is down this morning due to the closed service centres.
