Hello there,I moved house last week. ( fun time to do it I know) I updated virgin regarding the house move and services were disconnected at my old home yesterday and due to be activated today.I received my updated quick start bundle followed the instructions and am unable to get online after reconnecting the hub this morning. I have tried to phone the support lines but it appears that everything is down this morning due to the closed service centres.
