House extension, means I need to move the inlet cable.

  I’m having an extension built which affects the inlet cable to my phone and internet hub. Ringing 150 is no help nor is the online help! Can anyone tell me who to contact to arrange this as it is now becoming urgent? My only other option is to switch I guess!

Hi there,

We can move this, you will need to contact customer services though after the National Lockdown comes to an end. At the moment all work of this nature is on hold.
