Home refurb - Cable movement required

Hi,

I am will be extending my home shortly at the rear of the property and require my external line around my house to be pulled back to the front outside box and a new internal connections fitted inside.

Can someone let me know if its possible to book an engineer to attend and resolve before the construction work starts. I believe there is a fee for this service, please can you confirm.

Certainly possible, will cost £25.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
