VM now use VOIP for phones and they use Tele 1 socket on the back of the Hub. They do not use micro filters, as these are only used on xDSL lines, e.g. BT FTTC
You will need to ring and see if they have converted your phone to the VOIP service from the Hub, as some legacy installs are still using the old "phone" sockets on the wall.
You may need VM to provide an adapter for your phone cable.
