Home move broadband fail

Hi there hope your all well in 2021  just moved to New property and took advantage of the quick start offer. Received my new cable and then connected it all up. Activated it via telephone and, hub flashed green for a bit with differing speeds and now got a solid white light. Can't connected to hub with anything just a update message. Tried resetting to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Well after a while waiting but thats ok during this time got it all sorted !!!!

Yaaaay and a wee upgrade too. Thanks Virgin broadband team.
