Home move and cannot connect with the new cable received

Hi, I have a home move with VM and I received two cable, one with a box showing broadband and wifi and another one is the isolating cable. I have tried all these two cable and switch my hub on. However, the wifi light turn green and the base light keep flashing but not change to white light. Also the internet light keep flashing green and red. I don’t have internet connection now and how can I solve this?

Just to confirm, did you set up your hub as seen here Have you also tried calling our self-installation line on 0800 064 3287? If so, what was discussed?
