I have a very high pitched noise coming from my tivo box. It has been present since installation approx 6wks ago, previously intermittent but now it is there nearly all the time.
It is there whether tv is being watched or not. It can be heard in other rooms it is so loud. It is only resolved when turned off at plug.
I have checked connections are tight and replaced extension cable. The box is plugged directly into the wall.
I emailed for assistance 2 weeks ago but no reply and tried ringing to speak to advisor but could not get through to an advisor.
I honestly cant stand the noise much longer, it is so loud.
Can a virgin technician please get in contact with me to help resolve this issue.
