Changed package so waiting for new kit installation etc.

When will I start to pay for my altered package and how long does it take to go live with the change?

When your logged into your My Virgin media you will find 'Orders & Appointments' at the bottom. This will show you any current order status and appointments.

I've tried that but nothing showing as yet.

I have received the new contract via email though and the O2 email saying my bill is ready.

Is there usually a time gap?

 

When did you place the change on the account? and did you choose self install or is this a engineer apoitment.

Your 02 sim card is at the mercy of the postie and from experience dosen't take longer then a week. Does your contract have a date when your new Contract begins normally on the right side of the letter.

The advisor said I would be contacted by an engineer.

When did you place order? They can often be a gap especially if a engineer is required normally this is shown under your account. If you've had your contract through then it sounds like it's gone through.

Thanks. Maybe I'll have to be patient, I just don't want to be paying for something I haven't yet received.
