I have contracted the virgin media service on July 27 and they told me that the installation package would arrive on July 31, today is July 31 and I have not received anything, I have called and it turns out that there is a problem due to some issue from the former owners and before they solved my problem the call was cut off. Can anyone tell me what I should do now as virgin media doesn't listen to me

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your installation package, I have been able to look into this and can see that the team have scheduled a new date for your equipment, have you had this confirmed since your last post?
