I had virgin installed on Tuesday and since then my Internet has been utter awful,
I was with plusnet, and switched to virgin because while homeschooling I need to run multiple devices, plusnet although slow ish managed to keep up, virgin is a totally different story and the kids haven't been able to join their school zoom meets and I'm now running my mobile off my provider's data. The last few days have been utter hell.
Tell me how I'm supposed to get through to a human to try and sort this mess out. I try and call 03454541111 and the call just cuts off
