Help with new account but no account number yet

I made an application for VM internet/cable etc via the My rates section of the business. Howeever i got an email asking me to call as they might need to do some cable work.

I have spoken to multiple customer service people over the last 10 days and they cant find an account number or account details i just keep getting transfered and the line cuts off.  I am not sure what to do as i am concerned that  my current provider will stop their services before i am able to get the Virgin Media one up and running.

Please what do i need to do and speak to as the sales team seem to not be available at the moment. How do i go about booking the installation. Has my application even gone through. I would really apprecaiate any help i can get at this time.
