Need some help with the installation. Virgin let me select the self set up kit. But I can't figure out how to connect the modem to the wall. These are the two boxes I can find in the house. The LAN and ethernet cables don't connect properly to either.
In that case the cabling will be different. However there must be VM cabling as you have a VM phone socket (now redundant BTW). If there isn't a socket with the VM logo (or logo of its predecessor companies such as NTL or Telewest) as for a manned installtion.
