Help with app issue

So I have moved house and have everything set up. Have been in contact with virgin they know . Now on the app says i am no longer with virgin wont show me my bill is there anything you can recommend?

When you move to a new address your old contract is closed and a new one started. They should have emailed you details of the new contract.
