Help with account duplication

Hi 

Just moved into a new place with virgin media as part of the monthly rent, I would like to set up my own personal account for broadband and have been told via online chat I need to request a account duplication??   But your sales teams don't appear to be aware of what this is?.   Please help

Hi I have been told I need to setup a duplicate account also however been unable to speak to anyone who can help. Jon can you help?
