So my Hub 3.0 has completely stopped working. Can't be switched on, no lights, nothing.
I got through to VM on the phone and they said the best they could do was send an engineer on the 15th June. This is 9 days without internet and I rely on a stable internet connection for work. So I'm in pretty desperate need here.
Is there anything that can be done more urgently? It's really just the Hub that needs replacing - surely this can be posted to me rather than having to wait 9 days for a technician to visit? I can send back the broken one if need be.
Any help appreciated.
