Hi all, started the set yp
of my new router YESTERDAY. Been flashing green ever since! Only have a solid green Wi-Fi symbol. Please can someone advise, have been waiting for a reply on the ‘live chat’ all day. Working from home and need the internet ASAP. Please can someone advise

With it being a new router, you need to call a number to activate it I think from memory, should be part of the instructions get started pack. Otherwise you might need to call support to see if they can activate it/send out a technician to investigate.

Sorry to hear you were having this issue with the installation of your new Hub, were you able to go about resolving this or are you still experiencing the same issue?
