Help needed. New customer,
no internet but able to connect to the hub, says access denied for internet on hub overview
Both the lights stay green for then go off; then the white light stays on at the bottom
It’s actually a amber looking white sorry
as asked earlier have you activated the hub - 0800 953 9500
yes it was indeed activated.
managed to speak with support via phone and they had to update the software on the hub and then it got up and running!
