I have been with virgin media for a little over a week, yesterday a engineer came out to my neighbour and cut my wire and then left I haven't been able to get through it needs repairing, i've tried ever way and can't get through on the phone, live chat, I even contacted the man who came to my door to get me to switch and the texting service. I'm all out of idea I'm really not happy with the service I have received in the short time I've been with the company
