Hi,
I moved in to a new build flat in London that is wired for Virgin Media. We were given a Hub and a leaflet with instructions for how to set-up an account. I text my details to the number on Friday and again yesterday and still no one has contacted me to help set-up. When I call the main customer service number they say our postcode comes up out of reach (Everyone in the building uses virgin). Please can you connect me to the specialist team that deals with new residential builds so I can start this process ASAP.

It belonged to the previous tenant and was given to him by our concierge. The whole building is a new build wired for virgin so every tenant recieved a welcome pack with quick-start set-up hub packages.
My post code is yet to be recognised by the Virgin website so can't be set-up that way.
