Hello?

I am starting to lose my patience. A week ago I called to report a router fault, was told someone from IT would call back within an hour, the next day arrived and no call. 

I called back, reported fault again, was told a new router would be needed and that one was ordered, arranged to stay home the next day, but no confirmation email or delivery, called back, was told the person forgot to click ‘order’.....

Finally received router yesterday, it doesn’t connect, I know, I will call Virgin, told they were busy and would be a 15 minute wait. Ok, fine, 1 hour later, still on hold. 

Trying again this morning, told 5 minute wait.... time sitting at 15 minutes.... 

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever received. I want this sorting.

Have you called to activate the new router? 

During busy times you can expect a hour plus delay on the phone, try ringing at 8am.
