I've been having latency issues with my broadband for the last 3 months (since March) and calling up customer services, they said they will fix it. They initially said they would have fixed the issue by April, then 24th May, then 2nd June, then 14th June, then 24th June. Called them up today because it was still happening and they pushed the deadline back to July 8th. Their service is absolutely trash and I can see the same thing has happened to a lot of people. Will they eventually fix it or are they waiting for people to stop using it as much and say they have 'fixed it'?
