Haven't recieved confirmation email or quick start kit

I just moved house, I ordered a quick start kit on 16th December, had the thank you email saying it would arrive on 20th December, still haven't recieved a confirmation email or the kit and I'm getting concerned as it's been over a week.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 


I am sorry to hear that you've not received any notification of your Quickstart order. Have you been able to speak with the team or have had any email since your post as a confirmation? If you have not - what I would advise to do here is call the sales team on 0800 183 1234 because they would be able to check any new order and if there is any issue they would be able to amend this. 


I do hope it's all sorted for you - but if not please pop back and let me know.
