Haven't received confirmation email for new Virgin contract

I have signed up for Virgin Media broadband, and my order has gone through on the website. However, I have not received a confirmation email or a copy of my contract in an email, which the website says it would do. 

 

I have checked my spam folder and it is not there either. I have double checked my email and it is the correct one. 

How long will this take?
