Haven’t received broadband contract yet

Hi

I placed an order on 28th October and have still not received any information regarding my broadband contract.

The confirmation email states I was supposed to receive a letter and digital contract but I haven’t received anything. I can’t contact anybody or get any help because I do not have an account number yet. This is as I want to make sure I have used the correct address for this set up.

Can someone help with this issue?
