Haven’t received any tracking information

My router is supposed to be arriving tomorrow but I still haven’t received a tracking number or and email with a link to do this. I would like to know when my parcel is arriving during the day

Hi, 

I have a similar issue. Our kit should arrive Friday but no information on tracking was sent. Our current broadband will be disconnected tomorrow and since we are working from home, we can't be staying without broadband if the kit doesn't arrive on Friday. 

Is it possible to have any information on mu order please?
