Hello 🙂 We ordered Virgin Media broadband on January 14 but haven't received a contract or confirmation of the install date via email or post yet (installation date scheduled for 27th Jan). I can view the contract on my online account (which says it's been sent to my email) but it's 'pending' and I can't sign it anywhere online.
Our current internet will be cut off on the 27th so we're getting a bit worried!
