Have plugged in QuickStart, we have a green light at bottom & green fan only on hub, have rebooted & nothing. This is my last attempt at contacting as have tried ringing, messaging with no joy. I will cancel direct debit if I do not receive help, as we were promised a good service & so far we have not! I do not have a wall socket the cable comes out of the wall! Please help!
Hello, tried again this morning, phoned number followed information to activation & was left waiting on phone for 20 minutes, gave up as my son has to do his schoolwork on old provider. Please is their another way to get our system activ as ted other than sitting on the phone listening to dreadful music with no indication of where you are in the queue!
