Hatfield Fault 24/09/20 - no resolution or estimate.
Our complete broadband and tv service dropped out yesterday. Fault logged as loss of service. On the website, estimate for repair was 23:15 on 24th September. However, that was last night an no one you can speak to at Virgin knows any more, which is disappointing.
I’m sure the engineers and technicians are beavering away, but surely some update ca be given?
All this gives the impression the organisation is either incompetent, doesn’t care or both.
Can’t believe that’s really true, so how about it - give us an update, please.
