Had delayed installation 3 times now

First installation date was meant to be the 6th of july then got delayed until 19th then delayed again to the 29th and now been delayed again until 9th of august... its ridiculous.

Come on VM get your act together!

Make sure to keep all correspondence about the installation dates, as you will be able to claim compensation.

Thats a ridiculous wait time 😮 ohh ive kept every little detail including the couple of false promises about the dongle on next day delivery. Im 100% going to be claiming my compensation on this.

While posting on here, a top tip would be to keep your issue all on the one original topic.

This will keep a clear record of VM's bungling all in one place for future reference.

When you multi-post the problem, the issue is split into multiple locations and keeping track becomes difficult (esp. if you need to refer back for any future compensation).

We're sorry to hear of the reasons that brought you here as we've delayed your install date, have you spoken to our Pre-Installs team at 0800 052 1734 regarding the changes to your install appointment so we can provide the reason why there has been a delay in completing this?


Also, please refer to our compensation policy here where you'll find more advice on how we can rectify things if your install has been moved further down the line 3 times or more.
Based on this we'd be able to assess for delay compensation once you're installed and we know this has been resolved.

Often the only tip that can be given is do not cancel your current ISP until you have had the VM Service operational and exceeded the cooling off period.
