I am one of the many people who have been sent a HUB 5 but not been given a power supply. I’ve called Virginmedia about it, but not received anything yet and no email about it either.
The box states we have 5 days from delivery to activate it or we will lose services.
how can so many units be shipped without power supplies? At the moment I am trying every adaptor in the house, but I need a dedicated power supply.
when will one come?

We're sorry to hear your Hub 5 was delivered without a power supply. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
