Hi, we've had the Hub 4 since earlier in the year, we have the full house bundle which was great with the hub 3. Has anyone else experienced their broadband switching off around 11pm most nights. I get up for work at 6am and we never have wifi or broadband at that time of day either usually nothing until around 7.30am. The wifi can be intermittent most days. Also with the previous hub 3 VM provided us with powerline adapters due to a black spot in our house, these are now plugged to the hub 4 but still displaying wifi upstairs under our previous network name, how do I change this?
I apologise for the delay in response here. That sounds really odd, when the broadband goes down at 11PM how long does that last for - is that until 7:30AM? Does the hub go off altogether or do the devices disconnect etc?
