I've been having terrible internet connectiviely since Tuesday last week. It seems to drop out completely every hour or so.
I notice there are a lot of Sync issues on the router:
I've also been doing a log on ThinkBroadband for the last few days which is showing a lot of dropped packets over all of the previous days. This is todays!:
These issues also coincide with an Email I had from Virgin claiming that my router has been improved at no extra cost to improve performance. (Lucky me).

Have you tried a pin reset on the back of the router as sometimes when when software has been changed this can help hold reset for 30 seconds then go around to your equipment to make sure they are connected. Hope this helps.
