I've been having terrible internet connectiviely since Tuesday last week. It seems to drop out completely every hour or so.
I notice there are a lot of Sync issues on the router:

I've also been doing a log on ThinkBroadband for the last few days which is showing a lot of dropped packets over all of the previous days. This is todays!:

These issues also coincide with an Email I had from Virgin claiming that my router has been improved at no extra cost to improve performance. (Lucky me).
