Grey box outside

Hello,

The grey box outside our home covering all the conections is broken and has since been taken away in a Litter pick .

How do I go about getting this fixed/replaced?

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

These box cost £10 on eBay. I threw away the hideous Virgin box an hour after the engineer left and fitted my own IP65 rated box. But its fine if you don't want to spend your own money.
