Grey box on outside wall

Unbeknown to me  the cover to my grey box outside has been removed. I do not know how long it has been like this, but all the wiring has been exposed to the elements, Broadband is working and I have not had to many problems except  for my landline phone, which at the moment is not working. May I have some assistance to check my system and secure the outside box

Post up a photo and a VM person will contact you to sort it when they get here in a day or so.
