Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have had no internet since Sunday night (16th May) I have a hub 3. The wifi signal is green and the 'internet' word is green. There is no light at all on the power light I have checked all the cables and unplugged, plugged back in. I have done numerous restarts and reboots but to no avail. I have booked an engineer but the earliest they can come out is on Thursday. I work from home and have had to take a days holiday tomorrow as my job relies on the internet. Does anyone know what the problem is?
