Hello
I just received my router Hub 3, all plugged in and the green light flashing for and hour and half now without able to connect.
Any help please?

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday, and explain. It could be the cable is disconnected in the street cabinet, or the Omnibox outside, so you may need a manned install.
